24 years as a company director (between 30 & 350 staff) with direct involvement in a management buy-in, two management buyouts, start-ups, turn-rounds and rescues. Broad commercial and general management experience. 12 years in charge of sales and marketing in the EMEA region (including 3 years in APAC) for a large US data and software company. 9 years’ experience as an independent business consultant. As Commercial Director took one company from under £1m annual turnover to £65m.  

<p>I have been incredibly lucky to have always been employed in activities that I have enjoyed. I spent most of my adult life running smallish businesses, then rounded my experience off with ten years working for a U.S. Corporation in a Sales role. The last five years have been spent in Business Consultancy, where I enjoy sharing my insights and experience with the owners and senior managers of small businesses. Time permitting I am always happy to have a chat and also offer a free two hour business health check online or by phone.</p>
